# Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every leather good that leaves our Cornwall workshop. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

### 30-Day Returns  
You have **30 days** from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return:  
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.  
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

### How to Start a Return  
1. Email us at **shop@craftydrifters.co.uk** with your order number and reason for return.  
2. Once authorised, send your return package securely to:

*Return postage for standard returns (change of mind) is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.*

### Custom & Personalized Orders  
Because each custom piece is crafted specifically for you, custom-made or personalised items (such as bespoke stamping or initials) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

### Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at **shop@craftydrifters.co.uk** with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

### Refunds  
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. (Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the funds in your account.)

Every CraftyDrifters wallet and leather accessory is handmade with premium full-grain leather and traditional saddlery stitching, designed to last a lifetime.

### What is Covered:  
- Structural failure of the leather under normal use.  
- Stitching fraying or coming undone.  
- Snaps, rivets, or hardware failure.

### What is Not Covered:  
- Natural leather patina, scuffs, character marks, or normal cosmetic wear.  
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, excessive water/chemical exposure, or unauthorised alterations.

### How to Make a Claim:  
If your item ever fails structurally, email us at **shop@craftydrifters.co.uk** with clear photos and details of the fault
